The custom timber accented home was designed to feel like a cozy cabin with all the modern luxuries- the perfect balance of comfort and first-class improvements. The guest's quarters and apartment above the barn, ensure there is room for everyone. The total living space is 3,960 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 baths plus a bonus room (main, apartment and bunkhouse combined).

The multi-functional shop safely stores the ranch equipment. With designated areas for metal and wood working, mechanical maintenance and upper-level storage, this close to 10,000 square foot shop can handle any project.

The equestrian facility includes a finished/ heated barn with 3 stalls with pipe runs, several grain and supply rooms, a washing station, barn office, and half bath with laundry. Additionally, there's a 1,260 enclosed shop area for hay and trailer storage. The 100" x 200" arena, 60" round pen, 12" x 24" loafing shed complete the layout structured for function and convenience.
